Hailey Colbert

I am the Lead Teacher in Little Explorers State Preschool. It is my passion to create a safe, engaging and supportive environment for young children. I bring positive, energetic and creative approach to the classroom and focus on building strong, meaningful relationships with children and their families. I value connection, consistency, and helping every child feel seen, capable and included.

I hold an Associate’s Degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, and Humanities, which has given me a strong foundation in understanding child development and behavior. I enjoy applying what I’ve learned in real everyday moments in the classroom, especially when it comes to supporting social-emotional growth and guiding children through big feelings.

I am currently continuing my education at Arizona State University, where I am pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences. I am curious, driven, and always looking for ways to grow. My goal is to make a lasting positive impact on children and families in my community, while continuing to evolve as an educator and a professional.

Jennifer Solorio

I am an instructional aide at the Little Explorers State Preschool. I have been working in the field of early childhood education for about a year and I enjoy engaging with children and creating a space where they feel safe and supported. 

I received my Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology in 2025 with my double minor in Managerial Economics and Accounting. My previous education has been useful in understanding development and psychology in young children especially. I plan to engage in social work and/or family law in the future with this experience.
